Ever wonder how a perfumer builds a fragrance? Or how a bartender mixes up a mocktail? Get your questions answered at this FIELD collaborative workshop featuring Ariella Appelbaum, founder of A.N. OTHER fragrance, and Zach of All Equal Parts. This workshop is two parts: a scent building session and a non-alcoholic cocktail session. How does that work?! Nature-based fragrances often find inspiration from fruits, spices, herbs, and other natural edibles, which can inspire a drink creation. The first part will delve into the art of perfume building and scent accords, and the second part will be a fun challenge for our beloved local cocktail creator.

Part I - Ariella Appelbaum

  • Get to meet the woman behind the brand and hear how A.N. OTHER was created

  • Learn about building a fragrance

  • Smell different scent accords

Part II - All Equal Parts

  • Ariella will task Zach to create a non-alcoholic cocktail on the spot, based on a scent profile

  • We'll taste Zach's creation and rate it!

This will be a very interactive workshop so come with all your Qs! With your registration you'll get a custom A.N. OTHER cocktail shaker so you can take your knowledge home with you.
